Washington Park
While unfortunately not the home of the 2016 Olympics as many speculators and owners hoped, Washington Park sits at a great location between the Expressway on the West and the amenities of Hyde Park and the ever-expanding University of Chicago on the East. The site of the annual African Festival of the Arts bringing thousands to the community each year, Washington Park offers convenient access to Midway International Airport and an astounding set of homes and buildings along the popular Martin Luther King Boulevard.
